Konica Minolta Wireless Print

Plainedge Public Library currently offers an option for our patrons to print wirelessly from their devices when they are within our building. Please follow these steps to print out from your device:

First time wirelessly printing:

1. Connect your device to our Wifi network Library Main (Optimum) [No Password Required]
   If your device has a problem connecting to open networks, without passwords, you can instead connect to our Wifi Konica Wifi Print with our phone number as the password 5167354133
2. Software needed:
   • For IOS Devices (iPhone/iPad): Install the Konica Minolta Mobile Print App from the device’s App Store.
   • For Android Devices (Samsung/Google/LTE etc): Install the Konica Minolta Mobile Print App from the device’s Play Store.
   • For Windows Devices: Install the Konica Minolta Mobile Print App from the device’s App Store.
3. Follow first time software installation instructions here.
4. Open the page or document you’d like printed on your device.
5. For Phones and Tablets: Tap/click the share icon.
6. Tap/click Mobile Print.
7. Follow on screen instructions and then tap/click print.
8. Walk up to right-side Copier #2 Konica printer and tap Home icon then Secure Print.
9. On the Konica, type in your id and password you just setup in the app.
10. On the Konica, you will then see the preview so tap Select All.
11. On the Konica, tap Print.
12. Insert correct monies (10c per page b/w and 25c per page color)
13. On the Konica, press green Start button.

Troubleshooting:

• Confirm you’re still connected to the Wifi Network -> Library Main (Optimum)
• Confirm you have enough monies in the coinbox for the type and amount of pages you’re printing.

Each following day, after you created an account:

1. Connect your device to our Wifi network Library Main (Optimum) [No Password Required]
2. Open the page or document you’d like printed on your device.
3. For Phones and Tablets: Tap/click the share icon.
4. Tap/click Mobile Print.
5. Follow on screen instructions and then tap/click print.
6. Walk up to right-side Copier #2 Konica Minolta copier/printer and tap Home icon then Secure Print.
7. On the Konica, type in your id and password you originally setup in the app.
8. On the Konica, you will then see the preview so tap Select All.
9. On the Konica, tap Print.
10. Insert correct monies (10c per page b/w and 25c per page color)
11. On the Konica, press green Start button.
